This, the 2014 e-vocational conference from Assessment Tomorrow, is the next in a series of a one day conferences that focus on the
tools, techniques, technology and assessment used in
the management, planning, organisation and quality control of
vocational, technical and professional qualifications.
The conference examines two conflicting landscapes.
Firstly the pressures on education and training in the current financial and economic environment.
Secondly the rapidly changing technological environment and political/strategic pressure to bring more technology to the assessment and qualification process (see recent UK Skills Minister Hancock announcement)
The conference examines how the latest tools and technology can support and enhance vocational qualifications and how we can maximise the benefits and minimise the risks and costs of using e-Assessment
This years event returns to Leeds following previous conferences in Birmingham, , London and Manchester.
With an audience from awarding organisations, professional bodies, FE, HE, education bodies, training providers and suppliers this will be great opportunity to discuss latest developments and share best practice and experience.
As before an expert set of speakers will talk about the issues and their experiences delivering technology enabled qualifications in the vocational, technical and professional sphere.
